Museums and the internet - a conference in Bremerhaven

Last week there was a conference in Bremerhaven about "museums and the internet". It took place in the Deutsches Schiffahrtsmuseum.

About 100 people attended this conference, c. 30 speakers talked about different themes like
-games, videos and apps
-social media
-virtual exhibits
-education online

"Building a Transatlantic Bridge" was one of the projects, that was introduced to this audience as an example for an international exchange programme through the internet!
The presentation (PPT) can be downloaded here.

Thanks a lot to the host (LVR-Fachbereich Kultur and LVR-Archivberatungs- und Fortbildungszentrum), who gave us the chance to present our Transatlantic Bridge!
